Cancellation Policy

Time is what we give each patient — the calm to be seen properly. When you cancel in good time, we can offer your slot to another patient who is waiting. That is the whole idea behind our cancellation policy.

How to cancel

We ask that you cancel as early as possible — and ideally no later than 24 hours before your appointment.

• If you need to cancel a Monday appointment, please let us know by Friday at 12:00. We are closed on weekends.
• Cancellations can be made by phone or email during opening hours.
• The contact form on the website cannot be used for cancellations — please call or write to us directly to make sure your message reaches us.

If it cannot be avoided

We understand that life sometimes gets in the way. If a cancellation is made too late, or if you do not attend your appointment, we may need to charge a fee in accordance with current guidelines. This is not a matter of distrust — simply a recognition that the reserved time would otherwise be lost for everyone.
