Fear often stems from a difficult experience in the past, and it deserves to be met with patience, not haste.
We have time for you
We always set aside extra time when things are difficult. You set the pace. We explain what is going to happen before it happens, and we stop whenever you need a break. The fact that you’ve booked an appointment at all is a significant step — and we respect that.
Pain-free is the rule, not the exception
It is a common misconception that dental treatment has to hurt. With good anaesthesia and a calm approach, almost all treatment can be completely pain-free. If you still feel uneasy, we can talk through options that help you relax during the appointment. The most important thing is that you feel safe — that is the foundation for everything else to go well.

FAQ
I haven't been to the dentist in years. Is it too late?
Not at all. Many of the patients we see have waited a long time, and the first step is always the hardest. We judge no one. We take a calm look at where things stand and put together a plan you can feel comfortable with — one step at a time.
Can you make sure it doesn't hurt?
Almost always, yes. With good anaesthesia and time, the vast majority of treatments can be carried out pain-free. If your anxiety is significant, we can discuss further options so you can relax throughout the appointment.
