Before your first visit
If you are switching to us, we are happy to transfer your records from your previous dentist. There is nothing you need to do other than let us know — we will handle the practicalities.
Estimates and payment
Before we begin any treatment, you will always receive a written estimate. That way there are no surprises, and you can decide in your own time what you would like to proceed with.
Subsidies
If you are a member of the Danish Health Insurance “danmark”, we bill them directly so you only pay your share. We are happy to let you know what subsidy you can expect for your specific treatment.
